Ideal for stays with family or friends. Large living room with kitchenette (wood stove for sanitary water and heating with radiators), anteroom and bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
On the first floor 2 bedrooms, one double and one with a bunk bed and a single bed, possibly a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room.

In case you should be without electricity (which usually does not happen) there is a petrol generator that supplies the entire chalet, the 12 photovoltaic panels with 1200 ah batteries to accumulate current should be more than enough, the generator is only reserve!
If you bring the bike you can put it in the woodshed next to the chalet! Outdoor table for lunch in the open air!
Interaction with guests
The road is asphalted up to 250 meters from the house, then unpaved but passable by car (forest road, but guests of the chalet have permission to access it with their own car). The last 50 meters are passable only with a jeep or SUV given the slope! Cars can be parked at the top of the hill in private parking!
Tap water is not controlled (as in many chalets in the area). The tap water can be used for cooking, but I provide bottled water to drink, you can buy water at the supermarcket or fill the bottles at the fountains in town given the excellent quality water we have available.
Do not use appliances that consume a lot and reduce consumption in the evening so as not to drain the batteries of the island system too much.
